Cost of living adjustment, I think. Maybe I should actually eat there instead of making scientific logistical documentaries and using picture proof of where, when and how I was traveling.
TJs is a family owned and run traditional Italian restaurant. It's more upscale than Roman Oven, and has less hustle-and-bustle. It's not fussy and formal, though. It's a well established place that is frequented by locals and return visitors alike. They feature pizza, baked spaghetti, veal and chicken parmesan, stromboli, steaks, and subs. Service is friendly and polite, and quality is constantly good.
Good atmosphere and I love Italian! Was very disappointed with their lasagna- just appeared to be marinara sauce with a few uncooked noodles and small amount of cheese. I would like to give this place another try, but if I do I hope they serve lasagna this time!Very nice staff!
My family and I had a wonderful experience here!! Our waitress Gillian was so nice and attentive. The food was great, large portions and a fair price. Management was also great and helpful!! Overall this was a great restaurant going experiment and I would highly recommend.
Trying something new and I must say I like it. Tired the all meat pizza and wings. The pizza is on a flat bread crust and is real good. The wings were good with a little kick but fried a little bit to long. Other than that it would have gotten a 5 star rating.
Good food wish the menu had a bigger selection
I got some kind of italian noodle dish here. Manicotti or something. It was TO DIE FOR.
We had a large group so we called ahead to let them know we were coming. The owner was rude and obnoxious and walked away from us throwing his hands in the air when we asked to put tables together for our group. My pizza was burned enough that I could not eat the crust. The waitress was very nice and Timely. Several in our group brought it was slightly overpriced.
The food was good. We liked that they had half portions for a smaller appetite. The bread sticks we're very hard and the dinner salad was just ok. Would suggest paying extra for an upgrade salad. Very friendly server.
Good thin crust pizza. Beer and wine served.
The portion sizes were just right. The food was freshly made and extremely tasty. Will be stopping in again real soon.
We had dinner here while en route to Florida and if you're looking for an alternative to the fast food chains, this place would be highly recommended. It's not fancy, pretty plain, but the food was good, pizza recommended, and you can get a beer or a glass of wine with dinner. It's full of locals, feels very safe, so it must be pretty good.
Been rating here for years food is always great along with the service
Freshly renovated new location! Much nicer, more upscale than before. Same great food, friendly staff. Family owned with deep community ties. TJ's is a Cordele institution. The baked spaghetti is excellent!
Salad was awesome, definitely my fave here...Cool personable server; he is a hoot and very efficient... Nice meal...
Great food! Only negative is portion sizes were a little small.
Very small portions the grilled chicken dinner belongs on the kid's menu
Food was good, Price was good. Service was horrible. I would give this place 4 stars , but I dropped a star for the service. The server came by rarely and after getting our checks we sat there for so long waiting for them to come back and get our credit cards that we finally got up and paid by the pickup window.I really wanted to not leave a tip, but I would feel bad doing that.
Food and service both good. Friendly hometown folks. Try the TJ delight salad.
Decent pizza.
Great service and food was cooked to perfection!
Great service and amazing pizza. Our family meets there once a year, as we live in Florida and Tennessee, respectively. Cordele is the middle ground for us. We discovered TJ's by accident a couple years back, and it has become a guaranteed stop for us when we meet.
We ordered the Delight Pizza, it was far from a Delight! Very little sauce, one pepperoni per slice, covered with uncooked bell peppers. As bad as Cici's pizza is, this pizza is worse than that. Should have known when we were the only people in there at 12:15.
Very good food! Friendly staff!! Good prices too!! I will definitely eat here again!!!
Very good meals at reasonable prices. With a very friendly staff.
Good pizza and chicken parm!
It was very good. Some of the toast was a little burned. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking.
Pizza was ok, garlic cheese bread appetizer was horrible. Bring back the Ribeye steaks.....not paying $21 for a sirloin steak!
Always always enjoy our visit. Food is good , staff pleasant and prices affordable.
Love the food! Baked spaghetti is the best!!
Pizza is amazing and fresh. Cheese is high quality and lots of it. Owners are especially nice and genuinely grateful for your business. A local treasure. Visit everytime I am in town on business and take pizza back home to my husband.
Great food and a friendly family oriented atmosphere!!
TJ's has always had wonderful Italian food. Their salad dressings are made in house and they are some of the best I've ever tasted. Almost missed it, as they have moved since the last time we were in Cordele. Glad we saw the sign before we headed somewhere else!
This place has some very delicious food and friendly customer service. Definitely need to eat there!! Located directly across from home depot
The food was OUTSTANDING and the service was even better!
Omgosh the pizza was so good!!! I am fat and happy!
Not a good experience. Ordered take out. Lesson learned. Never again.
This is one of Cordele's best kept secrets! It may be a little off the beaten path, but the food is great!
This place was far above my expectations. The food was awesome and the staff was one of a kind .kudos to our waiter.
Antipasto salad was good.
Good pizza with anchovies!
Basically your Italian diner. The interior space is a bit run down and dated with moldy ceiling tiles everywhere. Tables and chair types a banquet hall type. The food was okay and it made for a quick stop off from I-75. The Tuscan pizza was tasty but way over salted and way too sparse on the ingredients, a shame because it really had potential. The crust was actually delicious, thin and crispy.Service was a bit below average and our server was not that attentive. We had to wait for a straw and the check, she left dirty salad plates on the table too long and did not check up on us once the meal was brought. In a pinch I'd return but I would try other options on my next stop.
Cozy restaurant nice staff great Philly ....I also like the house bread croutons....
Great food and great people. Wonderful place
I had the fried mushrooms as an appetizer. They were very good. I was surprised by the dipping sauce. It was curry flavored. I loved it! My entree was the Eggplant Parmigiana and my partner had Chicken Parmigiana. They were both average. The salad was good.
The food is not out of this world but the owners and staff are friendly and take pride in their restaurant.
Food's great, staff are friendly and very good at serving what you need. Would recommend trying this place of business.
Quality has gone down. Price went up
Most of the meals i have tried were bland and season-less, the garlic bread slices that they bring to your table are almost always burnt or overcooked. Their sauce is bland and tastes canned, no authentic Italian flavoring. I tried really hard to like this place due to the fact that they are locally owned and I have ate here many times but it seems every time I go i get a little more disappointed. The food is continuously mediocre at best.
Good food. Excellent server
Food is good wait staff needs to listen to customers. Also learn the product and deliver to correct person
